As you may be aware, revised Data Protection Laws come into effect as of 25th May 2018 under the name of GDPR. We are now required to write a Privacy Statement to explain what happens to the data we hold on you.
As has always been the case, we never pass on or sell your data to any other company, business or person.
The data we hold is only what you have given to us as part of using this site and in making purchases.
If you receive emails from us, it is only in relation to galleries you have viewed, your shopping cart and your purchases.
We do have a mailing list but this is and has been for some time, an opt in offering. If you have not opted in you won't get one, not that there are many anyway, and there is always the option to unsubscribe.
What type of data do we hold, where and for how long?
We may have your name, email, phone number and address if you have provided them and this information is stored on this website only. There is no time limit that your data will remain on this site as it is your account and allows you to access the site in the future without having to create a new account all over again.
When making an online purchase we do not have access to your card or bank details and that information is not stored on the website even in a hidden state.
We have thousands of photos of you all. We never attach names to photos in our galleries unless it was a commissioned shoot in which case there may be names, however these galleries are accessed by password only and not open for general viewing, but by the very fact you have commissioned us you have given consent.
Photos are stored on this website and on our hard drives at the office.
If you would like us to remove any or all of your data, please just ask and we will do it. In the case of photos you will need to provide filenames as we do not know which belong to who. We may also ask you to send proof that said photos are of you.
